Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 50g reduced fat butter, melted
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup chocolate dots, melted

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  • Press mixture into a greased and baking paper lined 20cm square slice tray.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate onto slice, allow to set.
  • Cut into fingers
Hint:
To keep the slice fresh and crisp, store in an air tight container in a cool place.
