Sesame and Oatmeal Slices

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup castor sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 50g reduced fat butter, melted
- ¾ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup chocolate dots, melted
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Press mixture into a greased and baking paper lined 20cm square slice tray.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate onto slice, allow to set.
- Cut into fingers
Hint:
To keep the slice fresh and crisp, store in an air tight container in a cool place.
