Ingredients

  • 425g packet Birds Eye Oven Bake Lightly Battered
  • ½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons curry paste
  • 4 cups mixed salad leaves
  • ½ yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  • Cook frozen fish following packet directions.
  • Combine mayonnaise, yoghurt and curry paste.
  • Arrange lettuce, capsicum and mango onto serving plates, cut cooked fish into pieces and place amongst salad. Top with a spoonful of dressing and serve.
Hint:
For an extra crunchy treat serve with pappadams.
