Ingredients
- 425g packet Birds Eye Oven Bake Lightly Battered
- ½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup natural yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons curry paste
- 4 cups mixed salad leaves
- ½ yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- Cook frozen fish following packet directions.
- Combine mayonnaise, yoghurt and curry paste.
- Arrange lettuce, capsicum and mango onto serving plates, cut cooked fish into pieces and place amongst salad. Top with a spoonful of dressing and serve.
Hint:
For an extra crunchy treat serve with pappadams.
