Ingredients
- 250g fresh fettuccine or tagliatelle
- 1 x 200g packet frozen Birds Eye Steam Fresh Peas & Corn
- 170g can crab meat, drained
- 1 small red chilli, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons light cream
- Finely grated rind and juice of 1 lime
- Cracked pepper
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine following packet directions. Cook Birds Eye Steam Fresh vegetables in the microwave oven following packet directions.
- Drain pasta and return to pan. Add vegetables and all other ingredients. Gently toss to heat through and serve immediately.
Hint:
Canned red or pink salmon could be substituted for crab
