Ingredients
- 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Brussels Sprouts
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 rashers bacon, chopped, fat trimmed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook frozen Brussels sprouts following packet directions and drain.
- Heat oil in a saucepan; add bacon and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add Brussels sprouts and lemon juice and gently toss to combine.
Hint:
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
