Ingredients

  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 rashers bacon, chopped, fat trimmed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cook frozen Brussels sprouts following packet directions and drain.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan; add bacon and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Add Brussels sprouts and lemon juice and gently toss to combine.
Hint:
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
