Ingredients
- Frozen Birds Eye Potato Gems
- Cherry tomato for head
- Dried currants, for eyes
- Snow pea sprouts, for antenna
- Carrot and celery sticks
Instructions
- Cook Potato Gems following packet directions, allowing 7 per caterpillar
- Cut a slit in each cherry tomato for a mouth; make small holes for eyes and antenna. Push currents in holes for eyes and snow pea sprouts into holes for antenna and place on a serving plate.
- Arrange potato gems in a trail behind caterpillar head. Add carrot and celery sticks between each gem for legs.

To make sure your caterpillar stays together join the carrot and celery sticks to the potato gems using tooth picks
