Ingredients
- Frozen Birds Eye Bubble ‘n’ Squeak
- Frozen Birds Eye Potato Gems
- Cucumber slices, for eyes and nose
- Carrot slices, for eyes and ears
- Green peas, for pupils
- Cheese triangles, for collar
- Red capsicum, for a mouth and tie
- Alfalfa sprouts for hair
Instructions
- Cook Bubble ‘n’ Squeak and potato gems following packet directions
- Place a bubble ‘n’ squeak on a plate and arrange gems below to form a fence.
- Arrange the cucumber, carrot, peas, cheese, capsicum and alfalfa to decorate Humpty Dumpty.
Hint:
Use corn kernels instead of peas for eyes.
