Ingredients

  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Baby Green Beans, cooked and cooled
  • 150g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • Dressing:
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Arrange spinach leaves, capsicum strips, beans on a serving platter.
  • Place all dressing ingredients into a screw topped jar and shake well to combine.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
Hint:
Cherry tomatoes can be used as an alternative to red capsicum.
