Ingredients
- 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Baby Green Beans, cooked and cooled
- 150g baby spinach leaves
- 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Arrange spinach leaves, capsicum strips, beans on a serving platter.
- Place all dressing ingredients into a screw topped jar and shake well to combine.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
Hint:
Cherry tomatoes can be used as an alternative to red capsicum.
